A 30–45 minute look at your current books. I dig into how things are set up — categories, reconciliations, anything that looks off — and point out the three biggest things I find. That might be an account that hasn't been reconciled in months, expenses sitting in the wrong category, or old transactions nobody ever cleared. You get all three in plain English, and they're yours to keep whether or not we end up working together.

I handle payroll transactions as part of your regular books — recording and reconciling what your payroll provider (Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.) processes. I don't run payroll, calculate withholdings, or file payroll taxes — for that I'll point you to a dedicated payroll provider I can coordinate with directly.
